This video is great for those of you looking to begin Ketosis. What is ketosis? It is when you increase your protein and fat intake and lower your carbohydrate intake. I am currently having about 30g of carbs. I have been in keto for a few months now and have seen significant results!
I highly recommend keto to anyone trying to get photo shoot ready, although it is not the only way to get very lean. I did not begin ketosis until I was lean enough for my body to be able to easily adapt to it!
